Dalius Misiūnas will lead Maxima Grupė

Robertas Čipkus having headed Maxima Grupė up until now, will continue his career in “Vilniaus Prekyba” holding the post of a member of the Board and the Business Development Manager.

Marius Čatrauskas, the Chair of the Board of “Vilniaus Prekyba”, says that the long-term experience that Robertas Čipkus has in the financial sector is especially necessary at this stage of development. He will be responsible for new investments, partnerships with investors and attracting new investors.

“I am happy to have R. Čipkus join our team. I am sure that his knowledge in the field of finance and his accumulated experience will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the strategy and goals of “Vilniaus Prekyba” - says M. Čatrauskas. 

Gintaras Jasinskas, who headed Franmax, was appointed to the post of Commerce Director of the company.

Dalius Misiūnas

Dalius Misiūnas was the CEO and Vice President of “SBA Baldų Kompanija” till the 7th of February of this year. He was the Chair of the Board of Lietuvos Energija from 2013 till 2017 and held the post of CEO of the company. Previously, he headed “Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba”, worked in the business consultancy company “Ernst&Young” and the engineering services company “SWECO”. Dalius Misiūnas is also the Chair of the Council of Kaunas University of Technology and a member of the Board of ISM University of Management and Economics.

Robertas Čipkus

Robertas Čipkus joined Maxima Grupė in 2015 having worked in Finasta Grupė before that, where he was the Financial Director of the Grupė and a member of the Board of Finasta bank. Robertas Čipkus has many years of experience in the banking sector: he was Director of Financial Services of AB “Sampo bankas” since 2000 and was appointed the Deputy Chair of the Board of the bank in two years. Since 2006, he was the Head of the Financial Service and Deputy CEO of Danske bank.  

Gintaras Jasinskas

Gintaras Jasinskas was the CEO of Franmax since 2017. He was the head of Commerce Department before that, and held the post of the Head of Procurement Department in this company in 2015. Gintaras Jasinskas joined “Maxima LT” team in 1996 and headed the Procurement Department. From 2008 till 2011 he was the CEO of Maxima LT and later he was appointed a member of the Board of Maxima Latvia holding this post till 2013.

Petras Jašinskas will continue chairing the Board of Maxima Grupė. Dalius Misiūnas will be Vice-Chairman of the Board. The Board of the Maxima Grupė will consist of the heads of companies managed by the Company and the associated companies including: Kristina Meidė, CEO of Maxima LT, Andris Vilcmeiers, Chair of the Board of Maxima Latvia, Vygintas Šapokas, Executive Director of Maxima Eesti, Arūnas Zimnickas, Director of Supersol Spain and Tomas Kibildis, Director of Barbora.
