Franmax will be led by Jolanta Bivainytė as Povilas Šulys joins Vilniaus Prekyba

From 1 November 2019 the CEO of Maxima Grupė Jolanta Bivainytė becomes the new CEO of Franmax, and remains to manage both positions. She replaces Povilas Šulys, who as of 6 November 2019 becomes the board member of Vilniaus prekyba.
Franmax provides franchising and support services to the Group companies in the areas of information technology (IT), supply chain and store development.
