JOB OFFERS
Your job will include:
- Analyzing group entities' financial reports and data for variances and trends
- Providing performance insights and ensuring compliance with group accounting policies
- Ensuring quality control over financial reporting of group entities
- Participating in the development of group accounting policies and overseeing their implementation
- Preparing consolidated group financial statements and management reports
- Participating in projects relating to optimization of group accounting and reporting functions
- Contributing to the preparation of transfer pricing policies for the transactions between group entities
- Conducting ad hoc analysis based on group management requests
- Communicating with external auditors
- Maintaining active communication with finance departments of all group entities

We expect that you:
- Have a university degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration
- Have at least 3 years of experience in financial control, accounting or auditing position
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Have knowledge of IFRS standards
- Have excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Having knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Your job will include:
- Preparation of corporate documents, coordination of group companies decisions
- Preparation of group policies, supervision of implementation
- Organizing and coordinating implementation of EU directives concerning sustainability in the group
- Working closely with the Head of Sustainability to implement sustainability goals
- Representation of the company in the state institutions

We expect:
- University degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm in business law (experience in sustainability topic is advantageous)

- Experience working on and managing numerous projects and tasks, a strong sense of ownership
Your job will include:
- Lead financial control team, overseeing financial reporting and control functions across Group of companies in the Baltics, Poland and Bulgaria
- Lead preparation of Group‘s consolidated financial statements, ensure timely reporting to executive management and Group‘s stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective financial control framework to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory and tax requirements
- Drive improvements in financial processes and systems, take an active role in finance-related projects at Group level
- Monitor and manage the Group‘s financial performance, including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet reporting
- Oversee external audit process of the Group and ensure timely completion of audits
- Mentor and develop finance controlling and accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team culture

We expect:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business
- Proven experience in a similar financial management role, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities (retail, real estate or Big-4 background is a plus)
- Strong expertise of IFRS accounting standards, consolidated financial reporting, accounting and reporting principles
- Knowledge and understanding of internal controlling functions, relevant tax and regulatory environment
- High level of attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience with SAP ERP system is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Integrity, strong communication and leadership skills with ability to establish collaboration across teams
