MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB, which operates retail chains "Maxima" in the Baltic States, "Stokrotka" in Poland, "T-Market" in Bulgaria, as well as the e-commerce store "Barbora" operating in the Baltic States and Poland, announces consolidated financial results for 2022.
MAXIMA Group, which operates retail chains and e-shops in the Baltic States, Poland, and Bulgaria, undertakes to reduce its impact on the environment by 2030. On 16 March 2023, MAXIMA GRUPĖ joined Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which unites companies and organizations working to reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Companies operating under SBTi's guidelines are seeking to implement the Paris Climate Agreement to halt the greenhouse effect and prevent global temperatures from rising by more than 1.5oC. The Group's greenhouse gas emission reduction targets are to be approved under SBTi.
From Wednesday, 1st of March, 2023, Viktoras Juozapaitis is appointed as General Manager (CEO) of RADAS, UAB and UAB “Barbora”.
Kristina Mustonen was appointed as sole Board Member (CEO) of MAXIMA Eesti OÜ effective from Wednesday, 1st of February. She takes over from Edvinas Volkas in this role.
From Wednesday, 18th of January, Asta Juodeškaitė is appointed as General Manager (CEO) of RADAS, UAB and UAB “Barbora”. She shall replace Andrius Mikalauskas in these positions
