MAXIMA GROUP has sold its UAB Baltservis shares

The MAXIMA GROUP (MAXIMA GRUPĖ UAB) has sold its controlling interest of 90 per cent of the shares of the company UAB Baltservis. The shares have been sold to the Manager of Baltservis, Saulius Rugys.
The transaction was implemented in order in the future focus only on the MAXIMA principal activity.
MAXIMA GRUPĖ UAB was registered in 2007 as an operational financial holding company that manages retail trading business in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria, consisting of 425 Maxima X, Maxima XX, Maxima XXX, T-Market and Ermitažas stores, of which 216 are in Lithuania, 127 in Latvia, 52 in Estonia and 30 in Bulgaria. The number of employees in the companies managed by the MAXIMA GROUP in all the above-mentioned countries is more than 23,500.
