Shopping Experience

To enhance the shopping experience, we are working to standardize our store formats across the Baltic region, making it easier for customers to find products with a consistent layout and assortment in stores of similar size. In the second half of 2023, we began implementing new self-checkout terminals, which will reduce the number of actions our employees need to perform with the terminals, thus speeding up the process for our customers. In 2023, 40.8% of our customers chose to use self-checkout kiosks.

In Poland, we run the "Quiet Hours" program (in collaboration with the JiM Foundation) at STOKROTKA stores. This program is designed to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorders. During certain hours, music is turned off, and autistic individuals can check out at the registers without waiting in line.
