Whistleblowing

Through the Whistleblowing channel, we encourage reporting of any violations that may be relevant to MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB or other Maxima Group companies. The information you provide can help make timely decisions that can reduce harm to group company employees, other individuals, or the companies themselves. We are grateful for your help in maintaining an environment of honest and responsible business.

We value your courage and honesty, therefore we will guarantee your confidentiality - all reports will be processed confidentially.

What kind of violations do we encourage you to report?

Corruption-related activities, e.g. bribery, graft, trading in influence, fraud and deception, conflicts of interest, violations or breaches of the Corruption Prevention Policy, etc.

Conduct of Group company employees that violates the provisions of the Code of Business Ethics and/or the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy, e.g. behaviour manifesting as discrimination, sexual harassment, psychological violence, etc.

Violations of employee safety and health, e.g. violations of employee safety and health, fire safety violations, etc.

Environmental violations, e.g. environmentally harmful behaviour, violations of environmental requirements, etc.

Conduct of business partners that violates the Supplier Code of Conduct, e.g. fraud, abuse of office, non-compliance with contractual obligations, etc.

Non-compliance cases, e.g. personal data breach, anti-competitive behaviour, violations of physical security, confidential information management, and any other behaviour that violates legal requirements.

How to report?

By sending information by post to the address of registered office – Ozo g. 25, Vilnius MAXIMA GRUPĖ, UAB to the Head of Compliance. The report is confidential, and the envelope must not be opened.

If, after assessing the information received, it becomes clear that the possible violation is related to a Maxima Group company and such a report would be more effectively investigated in that specific company, we reserve the right to forward the report for further investigation to the responsible person of that Maxima Group company, if this does not endanger the whistleblower.

If you are submitting a report under the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers and are seeking whistleblower status, you must provide all mandatory information and clearly state your request for whistleblower status, which can only be granted by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Lithuania.
